Overview

Template Mobilizer has been designed to save you time when creating reports on the go.

To use Template Mobilizer, firstly Mobilize your template by inserting tags. Then upload your modified template into Template Mobilizer.

New documents based on a template can only be created within a Job.

Start by creating a new Job.

Jobs

Template Mobilizer stores all documents in a Job. Providing there is enough space in the device, you can have as many Jobs as needed.

Create a new Job from the main menu or from the + button from within Jobs. This shows the current Jobs on the device.

Select a Job to edit or view the documents within the Job.

Documents

Each Job can hold as many documents as the memory will allow. Documents are created from the templates that are already installed in Template Mobilizer.

Within the Job:

Create a new document from the Create Document button. Giving the document a unique name.
Edit shared data. Shared data described below, is data that can be shared between all templates within a Job. Providing the template is using the tags with type:shared.
Edit an existing document, by pressing the relevant edit button.
View an existing document, by selecting the document in the list.

Editing

Every tag inserted in your template, will be represented here.

Template Mobilizer has created input in the way defined by the tag created.

Input all the data needed, including photos with not forgetting to select the datagroup pages.

Once all data has been collected, select the save button at the top.

Cancel is available incase any mistakes are made. However, cancel will remove all changes made.

Backup

Selecting Save will ensure data is saved, even if Template Mobilizer is closed or your device runs out of battery.

If however, Template Mobilizer is closed or your device runs out of battery before you have saved the data, NO NEED TO PANIC!

Template Mobilizer will recover your unsaved data. On opening, you will be taken to the Job and Document, with the message shown.

Press OK, and then Save to save the data permanently.

Shared Data

Within a Job, there are many types of data that would be beneficial to enter once and share between all documents, e.g. Customer Name, Address etc.

Template Mobilizer makes this possible with Shared Data.

The amount and types of data Shared Data captures can be modified by you, see the Shared Data template for more details how to add more to Shared Data.

Error Checking

From within a Job, select the document from the list which you would like to view.

Template Mobilizer will combine the template and collected data, to create a your final version.

If any errors are found they will be listed as shown here.

You can either Cancel and fix the errors, e.g. by inputing any missing mandatory information or by ensuring a number is within the correct range.

You can also Continue to view and share the document.

View and Share

From within a Job, select the document from the list which you would like to view.

Template Mobilizer will combine the template and collected data, to create a your final version.

If any errors are found, you will be shown the document to inspect the final version or to share.

Providing you have a valid subscription, you can share your document in its original format by selecting the action button in the top corner.

You can also convert .docx and .docm files to PDF before sharing, by selecting the PDF button, next to the action button.

Templates

From the Main Menu, select Templates.

This shows the templates currently stored on Template Mobilizer.

To view and share a template, simply select the template you wish to see.

Templates can be sent to colleagues for them to use or they can be sent to yourself for further editing.

We suggest downloading templates from here or sharing them from within Template Mobilizer as a good starting point for modifying your templates ready for use within Template Mobilizer.

Tag Builder

From the Main Menu, select Tag Builder.

The Tag Builder has been created to make it easy for you to find the best tag for your needs.

Follow the wizard to create the tags you need, along with error checking and any optional elements to make your input as quick and easy as possible.

Then, if easiest, email all the created tags to yourself so you can copy and paste them into your template.

Purchase and Subscription

From the Main Menu, select Purchase.

This will show you your current subscription end data. You can extend this by purchasing further months / years.

Within your Apple ID, you can share these purchases provided you are logged onto your iCloud account.

Template Mobilizer will recognise your subscription within your iCloud account and adjust all devices to the same Subscription End Date automatically.
